Senior Citizen Tuition Exemption

This option is available to students 65 years or older pursuing courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. This allows tuition exemption for a maximum of 6 credit hours per semester.

Tuition exemption should be submitted BEFORE enrolling in classes.

Refer to Texas Education Code Section 54.365 and 51.9095 for eligibility information.

Students must register during late registration as exemption is limited depending on space availability.

Students enrolling in Accelerated Online courses are not eligible for this exemption.
